One of my absolute favorite communities is located in Pooler, Georgia… just a short 20 minute drive to dowtown historic Savannah and mid town Savannah.  Carriage Square at Morgan Pines offers brand new brick townhomes built around beautiful squares.  I really like the rear driveways and the choice to add a detached garage.  These townhomes off a lot of square footage and upgrades from hardwood floors to Corian counters, luxury master baths with marble spa tubs, separate showers and marble double vanities.

There is a community pool, tennis, exercise facilities, basketball, kiddie pool and the community is great for walking.  Pooler Parkway shopping and restaurants are just minutes away, but you can just hop on I-16 for a short drive into Savannah.  The Savannah International Airport is under a fifteen minute drive down Pooler Pkwy as well.

Best of all, prices are affordable for these luxury residences mostly in the 140s to 190s.
