One of my most favorite condo communities in the Savannah islands areas has to be Warsaw Bluff Condominiums. These luxury condos located in the picturesque waterfront community of Thunderbolt offer stunning views of the Wilmington River. The tranquil town ofThunderbolt is only about 5 miles southeast of downtown Savannah yet a would apart. River Drive winds along the water looking out across the water and marinas with small motor boats to large shrimp boats. A great place to go for a morning or evening walk or stroll over to one of the neighborhood seafood restaurants or pubs for lunch or dinner. Sit on your deck and look out over the water while having your morning coffee or an evening cocktail and watch the sunset.
Amenities include a swimming pool and immaculately maintained grounds and if you have a boat you can dock your boat at the community marina (boat slips are assigned as they come available). The Homeowner’s Association is very well run with a great sense of community. If you are considering a condo in the Savannah islands areas then Warsaw Bluff is well worth considering.
