Wilmington Island Townhomes is a centrally located townhome community off Johnny Mercer Blvd on beautiful Wilmington Island.  Amenities include pool, tennis, playground and even a dock. You can actually walk to shopping and restaurants and having a community dock in this price range is unusual for the Wilmington and Whitemarsh Islands areas.

Most of the townhomes were built in the mid 70s but many have been beautifully updated and offer features like private courtyards off the master bedroom and living room and large decks overlooking over the marsh and tidal creek.  Prices currently ranging from around $110,000 for a two bedroom two bath to the low 200s for a 4 bedroom two and a half bath townhome.

One of my most favorite condo communities in the Savannah islands areas has to be Warsaw Bluff Condominiums. These luxury condos located in the picturesque waterfront community of Thunderbolt offer stunning views of the Wilmington River.  The tranquil town ofThunderbolt is only about 5 miles southeast of downtown Savannah yet a would apart. Wilmington Island Condos

On beautiful Wilmington Island in Savannah Georgia, Bull River Bluff condos are an affordable alternative to the more expensive, Tybee Island yet only about 7 or 8 minutes from the beach. Perfect for a vacation home or full time living.
